The builder client engaged Tempus Design Studio to design their new contemporary Display Home in a boutique subdivision. The home was to be designed for a modern family with all of the inclusions. This home features a well thought out and considered interior with custom cabinetry to enhance the homes appeal. The slightly elevated frontage meant the home could really boast grandeur from the front. A range of products and materials were chosen for this project to showcase a range of suppliers. Materials were selected for their no maintenance requirements such as CSR Cemintel products and Gunnersens fingerprintless technology for interior cabinetry. Eco Stone 'Abyss' stone was selected to the garage parapet wall to wow.
