Your journey begins with a complimentary initial design consultation where we meet with you in our office to discuss your project. From here, we provide you with a customised fee proposal, taking into consideration the scope of your project and any outside consultants that may be required. Once engaged, we begin the design process with some property investigations and gather any information we may need prior to starting the design work. We would then organise a time to meet you onsite where we take the opportunity to talk about site factors that will influence the design, and if there is an existing structure to consider, we do a full measure up to ensure we know exactly what we are working with. From here our design process begins following the steps above. Our approach to design is fully collaborative, where we check back with you at each stage for any feedback. At the completion of the process, we hand-over a full set of construction plans and documentation required to obtain a formal quote from a builder and to submit the project for a building approval.
